Our services—including but not limited to Facebook Ads Management, Google Ads, Funnel Strategy, and Marketing Consultancy—are digital and customized to each client’s business. Due to the personalized nature of these services, refunds are generally not provided once the work has commenced or campaigns have been launched.


3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

If no services have been initiated or deliverables created after payment.

If a duplicate payment has been made by error.

If Roaswings Consultancy is unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal reasons beyond our control.

All refund requests must be made in writing to [email protected] within 7 days of payment and must include a valid reason and proof of payment.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be issued under the following conditions:

The client has approved the campaign plan, ad creatives, or strategy and work has begun.

The service has been partially or fully delivered.

The client has failed to provide necessary inputs, approvals, or access required for project execution.

Performance-related dissatisfaction (as marketing results may vary due to multiple external factors).


5. Processing of Refunds

If a refund is approved:

The amount will be processed within 7–14 business days from the date of approval.

Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Any payment gateway or transaction fees deducted during the original payment will not be refunded.


6. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, Roaswings Consultancy reserves the right to suspend ongoing services and take necessary actions to recover associated costs.
