However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund is requested. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.
If you have booked a strategy call or consulting sessionwith us that is backed by a money-back guarantee, you are eligible for a full refund only if you genuinely found no value in the session and request a refund within 24 hours of the session. To initiate a refund, please email us at [email protected] with a short explanation. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
If the session has been delivered as promised and you have received actionable guidance, refunds may not be issued unless otherwise specified in writing.
Due to the time, expertise, and resources involved in our done-for-you services, we do not offer refunds once a project has begun or once assets have been shared/used in campaigns. This includes, but is not limited to:
Facebook or Instagram Ad Management, Funnel Building, Landing Page Copy or Design, Creative Asset Creation, Automation Setup
We strongly encourage clients to communicate openly with us during the process to ensure alignment and satisfaction at each step.
All digital downloads, recorded training sessions, templates, or toolkits are
non-refundable. Due to the instant access nature of these products, all sales are considered final.
If you face any technical issues or are unable to access the content, please contact our support team at [email protected], and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
If you are subscribed to any recurring service, such as monthly ad management, you may cancel future billing cycles with at least 7 days’ notice before your next billing date. No refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle once the service period has started.
Services or programs purchased under special pricing, limited-time offers, or promotional discounts are
not eligible for refunds, unless clearly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Our intention is always to act fairly and reasonably, while also maintaining the integrity of our time and services.
